Service Description
A personalized 45-minute trial lesson for violin students who already have basic playing experience and are ready to strengthen their technique, musicianship, and confidence. During the lesson, we will review the student’s current repertoire, technical foundation, practice habits, and musical goals. Instruction may include tone production, bow control, intonation, rhythm, music reading, shifting, vibrato, and musical expression. This trial lesson is suitable for: School and youth orchestra students Students with previous private lesson experience Developing violinists working on intermediate repertoire Students preparing for auditions or performances Students looking for a new private teacher Students should bring their violin, current music, and any scales, exercises, or audition materials they are presently studying. At the end of the lesson, the student or parent will receive personalized recommendations for continued study and the most appropriate regular lesson option. 🎻 Booking & Lesson Policy Thank you for your interest in working with Sendi Vartanovi—whether through musical collaboration, event booking, or private instruction. The following guidelines are in place to ensure clear communication, mutual respect, and a smooth experience for all. ✨ Performance & Collaboration Policy ▸ Booking Inquiries All requests for concerts, creative collaborations, or special events must be submitted through the contact form or email. Please include the date, location, project details, and any relevant technical needs. ▸ Availability & Scheduling Dates are confirmed based on availability and artistic compatibility. For large-scale performances or collaborations, early outreach (4–8 weeks in advance) is encouraged. ▸ Fees & Contracts Performance rates are determined based on repertoire, travel, rehearsal time, and artistic scope. A personalized quote will be provided. For most engagements, a written agreement and deposit (typically 30–50%) are required to secure the booking. ▸ Cancellations Cancellations made by the client within 10 days of the scheduled event may incur a cancellation fee. Exceptions may be granted in cases of force majeure or medical emergency. 🎻 Private Lesson Policy ▸ Lesson Availability Violin and viola lessons are available for all ages and levels. Lessons may be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or as one-time sessions. In-person and online options are available, depending on location and calendar. ▸ Lesson Rates Rates are available upon request and vary by duration (30, 45, or 60 minutes). Discounted packages may be available for monthly commitments. ▸ Cancellations & Rescheduling To respect both student and teacher time, at least 24 hours’ notice is required for lesson cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may be billed in full, unless due to illness or emergency. ▸ Payment Payment is due at the time of the lesson or at the beginning of each month for recurring students.
