Service Description
A focused 30-minute introductory violin lesson designed for beginning students with little or no previous experience. During the lesson, we will discuss the student’s interests and musical goals and introduce essential violin fundamentals, including posture, instrument setup, bow hold, rhythm, and tone production. This trial lesson is suitable for: Children beginning violin for the first time School orchestra beginners Teen and adult beginners Students returning after a long break Families interested in meeting the teacher before enrolling The lesson is supportive, engaging, and adapted to the student’s age, comfort level, and learning style. No previous musical experience is required. At the end of the lesson, the student or parent will receive a recommendation for the most appropriate regular lesson length and next steps. Cancellation Policy
🎻 Booking & Lesson Policy Thank you for your interest in working with Sendi Vartanovi—whether through musical collaboration, event booking, or private instruction. The following guidelines are in place to ensure clear communication, mutual respect, and a smooth experience for all. ✨ Performance & Collaboration Policy ▸ Booking Inquiries All requests for concerts, creative collaborations, or special events must be submitted through the contact form or email. Please include the date, location, project details, and any relevant technical needs. ▸ Availability & Scheduling Dates are confirmed based on availability and artistic compatibility. For large-scale performances or collaborations, early outreach (4–8 weeks in advance) is encouraged. ▸ Fees & Contracts Performance rates are determined based on repertoire, travel, rehearsal time, and artistic scope. A personalized quote will be provided. For most engagements, a written agreement and deposit (typically 30–50%) are required to secure the booking. ▸ Cancellations Cancellations made by the client within 10 days of the scheduled event may incur a cancellation fee. Exceptions may be granted in cases of force majeure or medical emergency. 🎻 Private Lesson Policy ▸ Lesson Availability Violin and viola lessons are available for all ages and levels. Lessons may be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or as one-time sessions. In-person and online options are available, depending on location and calendar. ▸ Lesson Rates Rates are available upon request and vary by duration (30, 45, or 60 minutes). Discounted packages may be available for monthly commitments. ▸ Cancellations & Rescheduling To respect both student and teacher time, at least 24 hours’ notice is required for lesson cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may be billed in full, unless due to illness or emergency. ▸ Payment Payment is due at the time of the lesson or at the beginning of each month for recurring students.
